Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and families heal and grow. I create a warm, empowering, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen and heard. With training in mental health, trauma, and substance use/addiction, I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and challenges related to substance use. I bring a culturally sensitive and evidence-based approach, tailoring strategies to each person’s unique needs while fostering resilience and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and solution-oriented, combining evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with a compassionate understanding of each client’s unique story. I work collaboratively to identify strengths, build resilience, and empower clients to take meaningful steps toward healing and balance. I also integrate cultural and spiritual perspectives when appropriate, helping clients explore identity, purpose, and wellness in a way that aligns with their values and lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm welcome and a safe space to share their story at their own pace. We’ll focus on understanding your goals, current challenges, and what brings you to therapy. I’ll explain the process, answer any questions, and begin developing a personalized plan that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
