Great to meet you!

You should know that I truly care about who you are, not just the symptoms you’re experiencing. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve ever felt judged, misunderstood, or dismissed in the past. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected from the very first conversation.

I approach every person with compassion, patience, and curiosity. I take the time to understand your story, your stressors, and what matters most to you, so your care is never one-size-fits-all. I believe healing happens best when you feel supported and involved in your treatment, and I see our work as a true partnership.

I am committed to using evidence-based practices while also honoring your lived experience. Whether we are focusing on medication, coping strategies, or long-term growth, I will always be honest, supportive, and collaborative.

Above all, you should know that you are not alone here, and your well-being is my priority.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take time to understand you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis, so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your life, values, and goals. I combine evidence-based practices with open, honest communication, making sure you feel informed and involved every step of the way.

I believe in building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel safe to share openly. Together, we will explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward in a way that feels realistic and empowering. My goal is to help you find balance, clarity, and long-term tools for emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation where you are free to share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your symptoms, your history, and what you hope to change. My goal is to truly understand you and the challenges you’re facing.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a full picture of your mental, emotional, and life stressors, and we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be affecting your well-being. If medication is part of your care, we’ll review options together and discuss benefits, risks, and expectations so you feel informed and comfortable.

By the end of the session, we’ll outline next steps and a plan that feels clear and manageable. Most importantly, you should leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about what’s possible.
