Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Abieyuwa Salami, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Time for Comfort Psychiatry.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults dealing with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and alcohol use recovery. I take a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, combining medication management with practical coping tools. Together, we’ll work toward restoring balance and building a life that feels peaceful and authentic.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients find calm, self-acceptance, and confidence as they heal. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll work to build emotional stability, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting inner peace.
