Great to meet you!

As a therapist with 8 years of experience, I believe that therapy is a collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and concerns related to life transitions. I’m here to help you better understand yourself, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and individualized to your needs.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build on their strengths, manage difficult emotions, and stay grounded in the present moment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, your goals, and any challenges you’ve been experiencing. I’ll also learn more about your background and what has or hasn’t been helpful for you in the past.

This first session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of my approach and ask any questions you may have. Therapy is a collaborative process, so your comfort and goals are important in determining how we move forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first appointment. Simply come as you are. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical strategies and meaningful steps toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your well-being.
