Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with focusing heavily on the negative, fearing the worst possible outcome in situations, or blaming yourself for events outside of your control? Maybe you have a tendency to assume what others are thinking or feeling and jump to conclusions. If you're constantly ruminating and being hard on yourself, you're not alone. This is normal. When these neural pathways are left undisrupted, you may get stuck feeling anxious, depressed, or lacking hope. It doesn't have to be this way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

If any of this rings true to you, I am here to help. I am experienced in retraining the brain to create better ways to manage negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal as a therapist is to support you in checking the validity of these distortions, challenging and reframing them, and ultimately building self-confidence and inner peace.

What you can expect from our first session

We will focus on getting to know each other, discuss what you are hoping to work on/goals you may have, and review policies.
