Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families. I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, life transitions, school or work stress, and relationship challenges. I also work with parents who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to cope during difficult stages of parenting.

Additionally, I support individuals transitioning from hospitalizations who are motivated to improve their quality of life and build stability within the community.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining person-centered and empathetic. I use a strength-based perspective, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to help you identify patterns and triggers, build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask questions about your history, current stressors, strengths, and supports to better understand the full picture.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
