Great to meet you!

I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the University of Denver and have been in private practice for over ten years. I consider it an honor to be in relationship with my clients and to help them better understand themselves and change their lives. I strive to celebrate and create a safe space for all aspects of your identity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer individual therapy to people who are curious about their problems and want to better understand themselves, break patterns and have more freedom in their lives. My approach to therapy is active, exploratory, collaborative, relational and organic.

What you can expect from our first session

I love helping clients make connections between current challenges and lessons they have learned throughout their lives, let go of coping mechanisms that no longer serve them and develop new dynamics in relationships. I work with issues like trauma, gender identity, relationship patterns, neurodiversity, family of origin dynamics, boundaries, life transitions, grief, recovery from unhealthy relationships. Clients gain more clarity, self-compassion, empowerment and tools in their toolbox.
