Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space for clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, and the challenges of parenting and motherhood. My approach is collaborative and practical, drawing from CBT, strengths-based, and solution-focused techniques to help you feel more confident and grounded.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for change. I incorporate CBT, solution-focused, and strengths-based techniques while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from it. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
