Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can focus on healing and creating meaningful change in the areas of your life that matter most to you! Having experienced therapy from the perspective of a client myself, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable, heard, and truly understood by your therapist. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and believe that genuine connection and trust are essential for facilitating growth, change, acceptance, and healing.

You don’t have to navigate your journey alone. It is an honor to walk alongside you, support you through the process, and help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I believe therapy should be individualized to meet your specific needs, goals, and experiences. If we decide to work together, we’ll be partners in your therapeutic journey. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable communicating openly throughout the process. I’ll be there to listen, support, and gently challenge you when needed, while helping you work toward meaningful growth, change, acceptance, and healing.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
