Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in perinatal mental health. Are you navigating the mental load of motherhood while feeling like no one sees the depth of what you’re carrying? You're not alone—and you don’t have to do it alone. I also hold a PMH-C certification (Perinatal Mental Health–Certified), which means I have advanced training to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and the complex transition into parenthood. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship and aim to validate and understand your unique and individual experiences in order to achieve healing.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to each client's individual needs; however, I approach my clients through the ACT and Humanistic models of therapy. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and I am a member of PSI (Postpartum Support International).

What you can expect from me

Your emotional well-being is just as important as your physical health. I offer a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where we can discuss emotions that may feel overwhelming, burdensome, or shameful. I partner with my clients to help them overcome feelings of anxiety and depression, and I build on your strengths. Together we will develop new strategies and techniques that will enhance your confidence, relationships, and coping skills.
