Hi! My name is Abigail and I have 7+ years of experience specializing in treating anxiety, depression, self esteem, adjustment, and emotional regulation. I work with adolescents to adults ages 14 and up. I have experience working in multiple levels of care from long-term residential, in-home therapy, inpatient psychiatric care, and outpatient therapy --- and I'm here to support you in creating healthy and sustainable change in your life!

I approach therapy from a systems perspective and use this framework to deepen understanding of the interplay between person and environment.
