Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Abby, I'm glad you're here. I believe in the importance of building a trusting strength-based therapeutic relationship. I'm certified in Motivational Interviewing and also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. I utilize a biopsychosocial spiritual model, considering core beliefs about self and how these beliefs impact current and past relationships, views on spirituality and one's moral compass.

My approach to therapy

My approach utilizes a value-based approach to movement towards goals. I understand the importance of spiritually as it relates to mental health and respect client self-determination. I will guide you while addressing inconsistencies and potential barriers, as well as celebrating successes along the way.

COMING SOON! I will be introducing Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in Spring 2026! Specializing in trauma including horse- related trauma, such as injuries, accidents and loss.

What you can expect from me

You’ve built a life that looks “fine” on paper—but it doesn’t feel aligned with who you want to become. Maybe past trauma still shows up in your relationships, confidence, or daily stress, even when you try to push it down. You’re tired of old patterns and self-doubt shaping your choices. You want clarity, healing, and the freedom to move forward without the weight of your past defining you. If any of these relate to you, I'd love a chance to talk and help you break free from negative beliefs that impact your view of self.
