I'm Abigail Marenco, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's PMHNP program. I've spent years doing something very few providers in this field can say: seeing children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions — including Autism Spectrum Disorder — every single day, and genuinely moving the needle for them.

For years I was one of the leading psychiatric providers at the YALE School, a specialized institution dedicated to students with neurodevelopmental differences across the full spectrum — high and low functioning. That experience gave me something you simply can't learn from a textbook: a deep, practiced understanding of how these conditions actually present, overlap, and respond to treatment in real children and real families.
