Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are adults, children & families who struggle with emotional regulation, rumination, reassurance seeking, phobias, or executive functioning challenges such as planning, flexibility, and impulse control. They need a safe, relational space to feel understood, along with creative tools—play, art, and crafts—to express emotions, practice mindfulness, and build resilience. Their goals include learning self‐regulation, reducing anxiety, strengthening executive skills, and thriving emotionally, academically, and socially.

My approach to therapy

With advanced training and clinical experience, I offer a unique blend of relational play, attachment-based therapy, and process art. I specialize in connecting with hard‐to‐reach or neurodivergent children and adults, while skillfully managing complex diagnostic cases to foster resilience, mindfulness, and growth.

What you can expect from me

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you or your child struggle with big emotions, anxiety, or fears. My goal is to provide a safe, creative, and supportive space where healing feels possible and growth can begin. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out—I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
