My approach to therapy

Abigail has extensive experience working with people from all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. She specializes in working with people who experienced and are experiencing chronic and acute traumas, people experiencing burnout, veterans, as well as people diagnosed with mood and anxiety disorders.

Abigail draws from a relational approach to the therapeutic relationship pulling from trauma-informed care, psychodynamic principles, and CBT. Flexibility is core to Abigail’s trauma informed approach and incorporates Motivational Interviewing, CPT, and DBT principles as may be needed.
