Great to meet you!

I believe that all people, children and adults alike, carry an inner wisdom that we sometimes fall out of touch with. As your therapist, my role is to help you reconnect with and nurture that innate knowing. If this is your first time in therapy, know that it’s okay to feel unsure. You don’t need to have anything figured out to begin, just come as you are, and we’ll start from there.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and identity exploration. I also work with children using creative arts and play modalities. Together we will build coping tools, deepen self-awareness through mind-body connection, and create a compassionate environment to explore challenging emotions.

What you can expect from me

My work is grounded in person-centered, somatic, and strengths-based approaches and I'm especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I want my clients to feel seen and I welcome feedback at every stage of our work. Together, we’ll make room for the full complexity of who you are.
