Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Massachusetts. I have spent the last 12 years training and working in the mental health space. My area of expertise includes psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment of individuals experiencing major depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, as well as challenges involving substance use disorder.

My approach to therapy

I deliver compassionate, high-quality, comprehensive mental health care to each individual through medication and therapy-based treatment. I am trained across the lifespan and have focused on the impact of mood disorders, trauma, and substance use on my patients' lives.

What you can expect from me

I love working with adults and older adults who are experiencing feelings of being anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed. Together we work on these challenges, whether it's through talking, medications, or both. You are unique, and the treatment technique will differ from person to person.
