Great to meet you!

I work with a wide range of clients, from teens to adults, and have experience in both outpatient settings and private practice. My specialized training in child and adolescent psychotherapy gave me a strong foundation for understanding how early experiences and relationships continue to shape us throughout our lives. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and relatable, and I bring my personality and a sense of humor into the room.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, and grounded in building a genuine relationship. You can expect me to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and sometimes gently challenge or point out things you may not have noticed before. I want our sessions to feel like a place where you don’t have to have everything figured out or worry about saying the “right” thing. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, with space to be curious, reflect, and talk openly about what’s happening both in your life and in the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other and seeing how it feels to talk together. I’ll want to hear a little about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. By the end, we’ll hopefully have a better sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
