Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist and work individually, with couples and in groups. I have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. My practice has involved diverse diagnoses treating individuals with depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

I'm eclectic in my therapeutic practice and aim to meet each person where they are on life's journey. I find cognitive behavioral techniques to be particularly helpful in assisting my clients to change the way they think about themselves, the world and others in order to improve their lives.

What you can expect from me

I offer a kind, caring, collaborative approach and will help you set realistic goals.
