My style is warm and inviting. I want all of my clients to feel safe within my practice. I utilize CBT, talk therapy, solutions focused therapy, among other approaches. Everyone is unique and deserves their own tailored approach.
During our first session, you can expect a get to know you type meeting. We will review reasons for entering therapy, goals you wish to achieve, and answer any questions you might have. During our third session, we will then create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you and your goals. My own goal is to have my clients leave sessions feeling empowered and ready to take on their challenges.
