Great to meet you!

As a clinical psychologist, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in my practice. I have expertise working with a wide range of emotional and behavioral struggles including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, parenting, relationship struggles and exploring identity. The treatment areas I specialize in are anxiety, ADHD and mood disorders. One of my strengths as a therapist is compassion while offering honest and insightful feedback. In my practice, I offer to see clients in individual therapy, couples counseling and family therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach with my clients is to meet you where you are in your journey of mental health and self-discovery. My style is to discuss what is bringing you into therapy and identifying the best solutions to help. I also have experience working within many different treatment modalities and evidence-based treatments while working with each individual client on their goals for mental health. My job as your therapist is to guide you, offer insight for growth and change and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I think it is important in the first session for you to share your story and discuss what your goals for therapy are. I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment that allows you to share your experiences and feel supported. In the sessions that follow, I will continue to work with you collaboratively on addressing your mental health goals.
