Abigail Roberson

Hello! I'm a queer therapist with a particular focus on serving the LGBTQIA community. I work with adults who are ready to explore their identity, navigate life changes, and feel more at home in themselves. Many of my clients are discovering new layers of their sexuality and gender identity, exploring polyamory or ethical non-monogamy, or unpacking the effects of religious trauma. I also work with couples, sex workers, and individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. My style is relaxed, collaborative, and affirming.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps us explore and integrate the different parts of yourself in a compassionate and meaningful way. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, seeking to enhance your relationships, or exploring your identity, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

You can expect a laid-back environment with colorful Pokémon plushies in the background. I intend to provide a comforting environment that encourages expansive exploration and insight. In the first few sessions I want to better understand your history, what is going well for you, and what you are curious about understanding or doing differently.
