Great to meet you!

My goal is to help my clients find fulfilling, meaningful, and healthy lives. Many times personal history, life stressors, relationships, physical health, among others can interfere with finding peace and well-being in our daily lives. Seeking therapy can be a helpful tool in managing these difficulties and creating lasting change. I have specialized training and expertise in recovery from sexual trauma and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is collaborative in nature and centered around the individual client’s unique goals. I hold certifications in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy. I also incorporate other integrative approaches to facilitate healing and recovery from trauma, grief, disordered eating behaviors, among others.

What you can expect from me

I seek to work with each individual in establishing their own unique goals and outcomes for therapy. My intention for each therapy session is that the client can leave with something tangible to take away and/or work on for the time between sessions.
