Great to meet you!

Hello,

You no longer have to do this alone. I am here to share the weight with you and teach you ways to make it lighter. I want to invite you to let go of that which no longer serves you, shed negative habits, and pick up healthy ones—to become the version of yourself that you have been dreaming about.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic style, which means that I use a variety of therapeutic methods and modalities instead of a singular modality. Some of those modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on rewiring your thoughts so that they positively change your behavior. Existential Therapy focuses on what brings meaning to your life and how your actions and behavior can be perceived in relationships. Additionally, I am heavily influenced by the most up-to-date neuroscience and practice Mindfulness, which can reduce anxiety, restructure where trauma memories are stored in the brain, improve attention, and reduce stress. For couples, I am trained in the Gottman Method of couples counseling.

What you can expect from me

Ready to take action? Let's work together to determine goals that will be most appropriate for you.

For individuals that might look like a decrease in symptoms of anxiety, depression, or trauma. Or, an increase in happiness, self-esteem, and sleep satisfaction.

Couples, I know you want to connect on a deeper level with your partner, increase your communication, stop those nasty fights, prepare for the next stage of life, increase your relationship satisfaction, and feel understood by your loved one.

Regardless of what brought you here, know you are safe with me. I am looking forward to supporting you.
