Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes that understanding yourself is the foundation for everything else—your relationships, your confidence, your sense of direction. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are beneath the pressure of expectations, stress, or ADHD-related challenges.

I specialize in working with identity exploration, ADD/ADHD, stress, and relationship dynamics. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, struggling to stay focused or organized, or finding yourself repeating patterns in relationships, I help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface—and what to do about it.

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard and understood in our work together, and that therapy becomes a space where they can finally slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and relational work. In practice, that means we’ll look at both your thought patterns and your lived experiences—how your story has shaped you, and how you can begin to reshape it.

For clients with ADHD, I take a practical and compassionate approach—helping you build systems that actually work for your brain while also addressing the emotional impact (like frustration, shame, or burnout).

When it comes to identity and relationships, I focus on helping you understand the different parts of yourself—especially the ones that may feel in conflict—and how they show up in your connections with others. My work is also culturally sensitive and grounded in inclusion, so all aspects of who you are are welcome here.

Ultimately, therapy with me is about helping you find your voice, clarify your values, and make intentional changes that align with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation—not an interrogation. My goal is to understand what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life.

We’ll explore your current challenges—whether that’s stress, ADHD symptoms, identity questions, or relationship struggles—and begin identifying patterns and goals. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start; part of our work is helping you put words to things that may feel unclear.

By the end of the session, you can expect to feel a sense of direction and a clearer understanding of how we can work together. Many clients leave their first session feeling relieved, more grounded, and hopeful about what’s possible moving forward.
