Great to meet you!

I support individuals who look like they "have it all together" on the outside but internally feel disconnected, overextended, or misaligned. I guide emerging adults through the messy, beautiful transitions of next-chapter life, as well as those secretly drowning in high-functioning anxiety, chronic stress, overwhelm, and depression. This is a space for those tired of performing or feeling like their outside life doesn't match their inside reality.

I focus deeply on helping clients work through existential concerns, meaning, and purpose, transforming the quiet ache of hopelessness into a life of authentic, values-aligned living. I am also deeply committed to providing neurodivergent-affirming support, ensuring a safe, validating environment that honors and accommodates how your unique brain works.

We look closely at the root causes of your pain, and I help clients safely process trauma and PTSD, release deep-seated shame, and understand the inner critic. My aim is to help you soften the chronic self-criticism that tells you you aren't enough, clearing the way for you to reclaim trust in yourself.

I view you as a human first, beyond any clinical labels or limiting definitions. I have a sincere appreciation for being the kind of Human others feel safe, seen, and heard by, where your authentic Self is welcomed, valued, and supported. Through a journey of dedicated self-discovery and self-understanding, my ultimate goal is to help you rebuild your identity and self-worth, and bridge the gap between who you are internally and how you show up in the world.

My approach to therapy

I practice a holistic, depth-oriented, and integrative approach that honors the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and spirit to address your specific clinical needs.

  • Existential, Narrative & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Drawing from these approaches, I support the exploration of identity and meaning through values- and strengths-based lenses, with a focus on developing psychological flexibility and providing practical tools for meaningful change. We also explore internalized stories about who you’re “supposed” to be and how they shape your sense of identity, while fostering a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your personal growth.
  • Reality Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We focus on increasing awareness of your thoughts, feelings, choices, and behaviors, and how they influence the direction of your life. Together, we explore patterns that may no longer align with your values, needs, or sense of autonomy, along with your “quality world”—your personal vision of what feels meaningful in relationships and life. This work emphasizes self-awareness, personal responsibility, and intentional living.
  • Integrative Therapy (EMDR, Biofeedback & Enneagram): I integrate psychoeducation and nervous system regulation to help you see symptoms as adaptive survival responses. EMDR supports processing trauma stored in the body, while biofeedback builds real-time awareness and regulation. The Enneagram can help you gain a deeper understanding of why you are who you are by exploring core motivations, fears, identity patterns, relational dynamics, conflict styles, and early childhood experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe space to be your authentic Self, supported by a collaborative therapist who recognizes the potential in you, even the parts you may not yet see. Together, we will balance depth and practicality, identifying blind spots, building on your strengths, teaching practical skills, and offering useful tools, all while bringing humor, compassion, validation, and empowerment into the room.

As you begin to understand yourself more fully, space opens for growth, and with it, a renewed sense of wholeness.

I would be honored to support you in sharing your most vulnerable Self with me. If you’re interested in exploring whether we would be a good fit, I offer complimentary consultation calls to see if we connect in the way you need.
