Great to meet you!

  • I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a broad clinical background spanning medical, critical care, and psychiatric settings. I work with adults and seniors experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and other mood-related challenges. I have a particular interest in maternal mental health, informed by both my clinical experience and my own experience with postpartum mental health. I believe mental health is closely connected to the rest of your well-being, and I bring a compassionate, open-minded approach to understanding the full picture of what you’re experiencing.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach is holistic, individualized, and focused on helping you feel informed and involved in your care. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, current circumstances, and goals rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can identify practical goals and determine what treatment strategies may be most appropriate, including medication management when indicated. My goal is to provide care that feels collaborative, respectful, and grounded in both your individual needs and your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

  • Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and develop a clear understanding of what brought you to care. We’ll discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, and the areas of your life you’d like to improve. We’ll also talk through your goals and establish expectations for treatment. From there, we can begin developing an individualized plan, whether that involves medication management, therapy-based strategies, or a combination of approaches. You can expect a thoughtful, nonjudgmental conversation with space to ask questions and actively participate in decisions about your care.
