Great to meet you!

I am a clinician who is shaped not only by my training and my clients, but my own life experiences as well. I have had the privilege of growing up in three very different countries, and doing so has helped me develop perspectives about the similarities and differences that define us as people. My body of work is similarly diverse, and I have worked in a number of settings including, but not limited to, Native-American reservations, television productions, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is multi-faceted. I believe that we, as people, are constantly responding, adapting, and changing, and I honor this journey by tailoring my approach to the person sitting in front of me. I view every piece of information brought into the therapeutic space as an important part of the whole and use a combination of empathy, warmth, and evidence-based approaches to provide clients with a high level of care.

What you can expect from me

The majority of my work with clients is insight-driven. Clients who work with me can expect to take away a combination of insights into their goals, struggles, and experiences, along with skills that can be utilized to build on the progress attained in the therapeutic space.
