Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience as both a clinician and educator, I bring a rich interdisciplinary background in Linguistics, Counseling Psychology, and Educational Psychology to my practice. My approach is rooted in client-centered care and unconditional positive regard, empowering individuals to uncover their inner strengths and navigate personal growth with confidence. I thrive on collaborative problem-solving, helping clients explore their potential and deepen their self-understanding. Whether in the therapy room or the classroom, I walk alongside each person as a cheerleader, advocate, and transformational presence—committed to fostering resilience, insight, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the philosophy of unconditional positive regard and radical acceptance. I believe that every individual holds innate strength and wisdom—and my role is to help you access and trust those inner resources.

In our sessions, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are fully seen and heard. I gently challenge you to look inward, reflect deeply, and explore the patterns that shape your life. Through this process, you’ll begin to facilitate your own growth, guided by insight, resilience, and self-compassion.

Together, we would uncover possibilities, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful transformation—at your pace, in your way.

What you can expect from me

Personalized Support: No two journeys are the same; sessions are tailored to your unique needs, pace, and goals.

Collaborative Goal setting: We define what growth looks like for you—and revisit the goals as you evolve.

Space to be yourself: Your space to show up authentically, no judgment, no pressure.

Emotional Safety: Holding space with care, confidentiality, and respect for boundaries.
