Great to meet you!

I'm a psychiatric provider who believes that seeking help takes courage — and that you deserve care that meets you with empathy and without judgment. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, isolated, or weighed down by shame. I want you to know that those feelings are valid, and that you don't have to navigate them alone. My approach is collaborative and supportive, meaning we work together as partners in your care. I'm also passionate about helping people build resilience and emotional health — not just managing symptoms, but helping you thrive. Outside of work, you'll find me reading, listening to gospel music, or exploring new places through travel.

My approach to therapy

I provide comprehensive psychiatric care grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for each person's unique experience. My work includes thorough psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, and therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and psychoeducation. I take time to truly understand what's driving your struggles before developing a treatment plan — and I adjust that plan as your needs evolve. Whether we're working on medication, therapy, or both, my goal is always to ensure what we're doing is both effective and safe for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what's bringing you in. I'll conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — asking about your history, current symptoms, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment. It's a conversation, not an interrogation, and I'll make sure there's space for your questions too. By the end, we'll begin mapping out an individualized treatment plan together. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, less alone, and hopeful about the path ahead.
