Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Texas, with over 13 years of healthcare experience. I provide compassionate, holistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan.

I commonly treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and other mood and mental health concerns, and I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

I believe effective mental health care begins with listening. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I take the time to understand your symptoms, experiences, and personal goals so we can develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

My approach emphasizes shared decision-making, education, and open communication. I want you to understand your treatment options and feel confident taking an active role in your care.

My goal is to support you in achieving greater emotional stability, improving your daily functioning, and enhancing your overall quality of life. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

“My approach is centered on understanding you as a whole person, not just the symptoms you may be experiencing. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include thoughtful medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle guidance, and coordination of care when needed.

My goal is to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable taking each step toward greater emotional well-being.”

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what brings you to care.

We’ll take time to explore your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll discuss your treatment options and develop a personalized plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs. My hope is that you leave our first visit feeling heard, supported, informed, and hopeful about the path ahead.
