Great to meet you!

Finding the right mental health provider can feel like a big step — and I want you to know you're already in the right place.

I'm Abioye, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with years of experience helping people work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and psychosis. I see clients ages 6 and up, so whether you're seeking support for your child, yourself, or a loved one, I'm here for your whole family.

My approach to therapy

What matters most to me is that you feel heard — not rushed, not judged, just genuinely supported. I take the time to understand what's going on in your life, not just your symptoms, so we can build a plan that actually makes sense for you. That might mean medication, therapeutic strategies, lifestyle changes, or a combination — and I'll make sure you understand every option so you always feel in control of your care.

What you can expect from me

I believe great mental health care starts with a real connection. I'll meet you where you are, adapt to what you need, and walk alongside you as things get better — because they can, and they will.

If you've been thinking about reaching out, this is your sign. I'd love to work with you.
