Great to meet you!

My name is Abisoye Otunuga, and I am a PMHNP dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and quality care. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, while using evidence based approaches to support emotional well being, healing, and long-term mental health goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care that is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration. I work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences, concerns, and goals, creating a safe and open minded space for open communication. My goal is to empower clients to actively participate in their mental health journey while supporting healing, resilience, and long term emotional well being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a nurturing and supportive environment where you are heard and understood. We will spend time discussing your concerns, mental health history, and personal goals. Together, we’ll begin to identify priorities and develop a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we begin your journey toward improved mental health.
