Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that every person deserves to be heard, respected, and treated with dignity. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive mental health care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

My approach combines psychiatric assessment, medication management, psychotherapy, education, and collaborative treatment planning. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in their care.

My goal is to work alongside each client to develop practical, individualized strategies that support healing, stability, and improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals before developing a treatment plan. I use evidence-based psychiatric assessment, medication management, psychotherapy, and patient education while considering the whole person, including biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment. We will discuss your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, medications, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goals. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, share your preferences, and participate in decisions about your care.
