Great to meet you!

About If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a difficult season of life, you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and results-oriented. I believe therapy should not only help you feel heard and supported, but also give you the tools to create real, lasting change. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My passion for this work began with my own experiences as a teenager, which inspired me to become the kind of support I once needed—present, understanding, and genuinely invested in each person’s growth.

Experience As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 11 years of experience, I’ve worked in partial hospitalization, inpatient, and private practice settings. This diverse background allows me to support clients with a wide range of needs and levels of care.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, always tailoring treatment to fit you—not the other way around.

In our work together, you can expect a clear, supportive process where we identify patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and work through challenges at a pace that feels comfortable. Many clients begin to notice reduced symptoms, improved emotional balance, and stronger, healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns, improving emotional regulation and promoting healthier behavioral responses. This approach is especially effective in addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and bipolar disorder.

I also incorporate Person-Centered Therapy, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. This foundation allows individuals to explore their experiences at their own pace while building self-awareness and confidence.

In addition, I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies for navigating life transitions, caregiving challenges, parenting concerns, and relationship difficulties. This approach emphasizes progress and helps clients move toward tangible, lasting change.

Drawing from an eclectic framework, I integrate these evidence-based approaches to support adults and older adults in developing coping skills, improving interpersonal relationships, and managing life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a structured yet compassionate space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
