I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 16 years of experience across a variety of settings including community mental health, crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatric, and addictions.

I specialize in working with individuals seeking to overcome, be it past wounds and trauma, anxiety, depression and trauma, or issues with the people in their lives. I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques necessary to meet you where you are in your life.

I approach each client as a unique individual, with compassion for their story and respect for their personhood and dignity.

Working with a holistic therapist is very different for a lot of people. I approach mental health from the mindset that you are not broken or merely a diagnosis. Self-discovery, engaging and healing old wounds, and getting in touch with the person you are and want to be.

You can expect a three way approach to your mental health: How you see the world, how you interpret that experience, and the behaviors that come from those interpretations.
