Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Achante Andrews, a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) and licensed associate counselor (LAC) dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I specialize in working with co-occurring disorders, supporting clients who are navigating both substance use challenges and mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.

With a strong foundation in clinical counseling and addiction treatment, I bring a compassionate, practical, and client-centered approach to every session. My work focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their mental health and substance use, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I believe recovery is not just about abstaining — it’s about rediscovering yourself, rebuilding confidence, and creating a balanced, fulfilling life. Together, we’ll work toward developing the tools and insights needed to achieve your personal goals and sustain long-term wellness.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’m here to walk with you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care, while tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you are free to share openly at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs, focusing on building coping skills, addressing co-occurring symptoms, and creating strategies that support long-term recovery and emotional wellness.
