Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Texas-based Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. With experience in intensive outpatient and residential settings, I work with adults and couples facing eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I combine evidence-based practices with a grounded, compassionate style to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence through life’s transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel both validating and purposeful. I partner with clients to explore underlying patterns while also focusing on actionable skills that can be used outside of session. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and flexible, supporting clients as they work toward clarity, emotional balance, and improved relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is designed to feel calm, safe, and low-pressure. I will spend time getting to know the client’s concerns, history, and current challenges while answering any questions about the therapy process. Together, we will begin outlining goals and next steps, with no expectation to share more than feels comfortable.
