Great to meet you!

My name is Ada and my pronouns are she/hers/her. I identify as a cis gender female of LatinX background. I was born and raised in Massachusetts, but my family is from Central America. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker. My background includes work with integrated behavioral health care in primary care offices, crisis work, and outpatient therapy for individuals of all ages.

My approach to therapy

I hold a masters in public health and a masters in social work. I use both frames in therapy to help make larger and deeper connections for my clients. My interest is at the various points of connections between public health and mental/emotional health.

What you can expect from me

As a provider navigating the psychotherapy space, I see my clients as the experts in their own body. Because of this, I try to take into consideration what works for them and what does not. I hope for a collaboration to figure out what that means, for each of my clients.
