Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare to adolescents, adults, and older adults. I believe that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their mental health journey. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in their treatment.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and schizophrenia. I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach by developing treatment plans that reflect each person's unique goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

With a background in nursing leadership and advanced psychiatric training, I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while empowering patients through education and shared decision-making. I understand that seeking mental healthcare can be a significant step, and I strive to make every visit supportive, respectful, and focused on helping patients achieve lasting emotional wellness.

Whether you are seeking care for the first time, managing an ongoing mental health condition, or looking for medication management and follow-up care, I am here to partner with you every step of the way. Together, we will work toward improving your mental health, enhancing your quality of life, and helping you reach your personal wellness goals.

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I take the time to understand each patient's unique experiences, concerns, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that fits their individual needs and lifestyle.

I emphasize shared decision-making, ensuring that patients understand their treatment options and feel empowered to make informed choices about their care.

My goal is not only to reduce symptoms but also to improve overall well-being, functioning, and quality of life. What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to treatment. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discussing your current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, lifestyle, and any concerns or goals you have for treatment.

I will ask questions to better understand how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, relationships, work, or school. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your experiences, and discuss what you hope to achieve through treatment.

Together, we will review your diagnosis, discuss treatment options, and create an individualized care plan that aligns with your needs and preferences. If medication is appropriate, we will review the potential benefits, risks, and expected outcomes so you can make informed decisions about your care.

My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, respected, and confident that we have a clear plan to support your mental health and overall well-being.
