Great to meet you!

Hi there! As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe caring for your mental health is essential to feeling whole, grounded, and able to thrive in everyday life. Seeking support is not always easy, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here. I focus on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions, as well as adolescent girls navigating anxiety and depression. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and able to truly flourish.

My approach to therapy

I believe every woman and every story is unique and deserves a personalized, thoughtful approach to care. When we work together, we partner in your journey, creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I’ll be there to listen, gently guide you, and support you as you navigate pregnancy, postpartum, or life’s transitions, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and like yourself again

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe to share your story at your own pace. We’ll take time to understand what you’ve been experiencing, your history, and what matters most to you in this season of your life.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what support could look like moving forward, whether that includes therapy, medication, or both. My focus is on helping you feel heard and supported, and leaving with a clear sense of direction and next steps.
