Lily has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been working with adults, children, teens, and families for over 5 years. Lily speaks Spanish and is overjoyed to be able to bring therapy in your language. Lily has experience treating a wide variety of issues including depression, life adjustments, self-esteem issues, domestic violence, addiction, grief, loss, anxiety, and abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Lily is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), which she uses to treat trauma and anxiety. Lily utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and family therapy to address issues such as: life adjustments, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, abuse, trauma, and parent-child relational issues.
