Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both California and Texas, and a Certified Peer Support Specialist. I specialize in helping individuals facing various challenges, such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and past trauma. Finding the right therapist can be daunting, but everyone deserves a safe space to heal and grow. You'll receive compassionate support and evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs in our sessions.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we will use a person-centered therapeutic approach to help you achieve your goals. This approach focuses on building a trusting and collaborative relationship between client and therapist, with the ultimate goal of empowering you to make positive changes in your life. Through active listening, empathy, and non-judgmental support, we will work together to identify and address the underlying issues contributing to your struggles.

What you can expect from me

Following the first session, clients can anticipate gaining a deeper understanding of their behaviors and symptoms. Besides, the initial session provides a chance for the client to build rapport and trust with the therapist. Customized homework that requires the client's active involvement will be assigned throughout our collaboration. Active participation and feedback are integral to the treatment process.
