Great to meet you!

Many people who seek therapy appear to be managing life well on the outside, yet internally they may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. You may notice your mind constantly racing, relationships becoming difficult, or a sense that you’re stuck in patterns you don’t know how to change.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what you’re experiencing. Together we work to understand the deeper patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing practical tools that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and trauma-related concerns. My focus is helping clients develop greater emotional awareness, healthier coping strategies, and lasting personal growth.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you better understand yourself and creating meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each individual. I believe effective therapy combines understanding the root causes of distress with learning skills that create real change in everyday life.

I utilize evidence-based methods including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns
  • Mindfulness-based techniques to build emotional awareness and regulation
  • Trauma-informed therapy to safely process difficult past experiences
  • Solution-focused strategies that help you move toward clear, achievable goals

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, we work together to develop strategies that fit your unique personality, experiences, and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current challenges, your background, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.

My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and heard from the very beginning. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels right for you.

Together we will begin identifying priorities for therapy and outline goals that help guide our work moving forward. Many clients leave the first session with a clearer understanding of their challenges and the first steps toward meaningful change.

If you’re considering therapy, reaching out is a strong first step. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
