Great to meet you!

I am Adam Ellis, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I am now accepting new patients in Utah and Oregon. Simply select appointment date or email my wife at [email protected] to schedule something if there are no openings seen. I have earned degrees from the University of California, Irvine, The George Washington University, and most recently, a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. I specialize in ADHD, mood, and sleep disorders with ages 13-64. When not at home with my wife Heather, daughter Aria, and golden doodle Cinnamon, I love skiing, singing professionally, and traveling to Spain. I look forward to welcoming you and working together towards your mental health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care is deeply rooted in the belief that each patient is unique, with their own life story, strengths, and challenges. I strive to create a safe and compassionate environment where patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey.

I take the time to listen to you, understanding your experiences and the impact mental health has on your daily life. By building a trusting relationship, I can tailor treatment plans that address your specific needs and goals. I empower you by involving you in the decision-making process, ensuring you have a voice in your care and feel confident in the path we are taking together..

In addition to evidence based healthcare and FDA-approved medication solutions, I emphasize the importance of holistic care, incorporating lifestyle changes, therapy, and support systems. My aim is to help you achieve not only symptom relief but also overall well-being and a higher quality of life.

Ultimately, I am dedicated to providing a patient-centered approach that respects each individual's journey and fosters hope, healing, and resilience. Together, we can navigate the complexities of mental health and work towards a brighter, healthier future.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a clear monthly plan of where we're going and why. I enjoy developing warm relationships while sharing heaps of humor :)
