Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in adult ADHD and medication management. I believe care should feel human, not clinical. I keep things honest, straightforward, and grounded in real life. My goal is to help you function at your best, whether that means improving focus, easing anxiety, or feeling more steady day to day. Medication can be part of the plan, but we also look at practical strategies that support long-term change.

My approach to therapy

I listen first. Then we work together to figure out what matters most and build a plan you can actually follow. My approach is collaborative, not prescriptive. I explain options clearly and involve you in decisions. I work primarily with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The focus is always on helping you move forward in ways that feel manageable and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you want to feel different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end, you’ll have clarity about next steps and a sense of whether we’re a good fit.
