Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, conversational, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, with a focus on building self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, I work with clients to develop practical coping strategies while uncovering and shifting patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or looking for deeper fulfillment, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, empathetic, and relatable approach to therapy. I use humor to make sessions feel comfortable while addressing the underlying issues that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll work on building insight, coping strategies, and practical tools tailored to your needs, all in a supportive and approachable space.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and conversational space where we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and goals so I can better understand how to support you. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and ask any questions you may have. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to outline a direction for our work together, while keeping the pace comfortable and focused on what feels most important to you.
