Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Texas and Nevada. I enjoy a blended approach using CBT/DBT/EMDR/ACT to help clients find healthy ways to manage their anxiety/depression/trauma/anger/relationships in healthy ways.

My approach to therapy

I am a firm believer in the idea that every client is the expert in their own life. I want to learn about my clients and grow with them as we explore healthy ways to navigate our feelings together.

What you can expect from me

My first session with you will be mostly about us learning if I am a good fit for you, and answering any questions you have for me, while I learn a little bit about your background and your goals for therapy. My first question will probably be "What made you decide to do therapy?" I want to create a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel safe. I have no interest in forcing you to talk about things that you aren't ready to talk about.
