Great to meet you!

I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. My therapeutic approach is kind, caring, and nonjudgmental. My degree and education allow me to work with individuals, families, and couples in a unique way by not only focusing on you but also your environment. I believe we all live in our own glass house. Let me help you make yours stronger and shine brighter.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative style. My approach is warm with a dash of humor. One of the most important things to me is costumer service and follow through. My focus in sessions depends on your needs. I can be directive, exploritative, or playful. My approach is not a one size fits all and is adapted depending on your likes and needs.

What you can expect from me

I usually give you a small goal to accomplish between sessions to start and build upon momentum as you work towards your larger therapy goals. You can expect to come out of session with new knowledge and feel more empowered. You will also at times be guided to exploring parts of yourself that have been buried. Don't worry though, you get to choose the size of the shovel or spoon you dig with as we go.
