Great to meet you!

I’m Adam, a trauma-informed therapist, and I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, and parental or religious trauma. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each individual has unique challenges and strengths. As a client-centered counselor, I create a safe, non-judgmental space and tailor each session to the specific needs of my client. I combine this with evidence based treatments. It’s important to me that you feel you truly belong and can bring your whole self into our work together. I care deeply about the challenges people face and am committed to helping those who suffer find peace, joy, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, you’ll experience increased self-esteem, boosted self-confidence, and a significant reduction in trauma-related symptoms. I help you quiet or transform that inner voice, allowing you to feel more at peace and in harmony with your thoughts and emotions. I believe that each person has unique strengths and the ability to heal, grow, and live the life they desire. Change is always possible, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
